Individual Leases
Individual leasing means peace of mind for you! Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Campus Corner for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. On-site Professional Staff
The Campus Corner Staff is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. There is also onsite security in 1100E.
Affordable Floor Planss
Our apartments are 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom suites; two bedrooms on each side of the living room and kitchen areas. The 2 bedrooms on opposite sides makes for sharing bathroom with only one person. There is a storage closet in the living room area and each bedroom has its own closet.
Fully Furnished
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a couch, chair, ottoman and TV stand. There is also a washer/ dryer in each apartment. Bedrooms have full beds, large 4 drawer chest, desk and chair.
Roommate Matching
If someone does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one with our roommate matching process! Based on the roommate matching profile form each student completes, we will do our best to match your son or daughter with the best suited roommate. While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and advancing in the business world, they also need to have fun along the way! At Campus Corner, we hope your son or daughter will create life-long relationships and connections that will help them become even more successful in their future endeavors. Campus Corner knows the importance of making our residents feel at home within our community and kick off the New Year each year with Resident Appreciation Week.
